This spot is just to south of the Harbour wall. At low tide you will be able to see a ridge stretching into the sea. Walk onto this ridge as far as you can and cast straight in front of you. Be very careful as the rocks are slippery and the sea can very treacherous at times. Watch for high tide as you can easily be caught standing in the middle of the ocean with no place to go.
